This is an aid for manufacturers of Insulated Glass (IG) Sealed units to calculate Gas Usage Costs to help you to achieve your target margin on your sealed units. This calculator will allow you to generate comparative gas costs for producing your sealed units. We hope this will assist in decisions relating to gases you use in making highest quality and highest performance IG sealed units. 

Please enter your air space (spacer bar width - e.g. 15.5mm), Height of IG (Glass Height), Width of IG (Glass Width) and expected 'Gas Fill Ratio' below.  There are some demonstrative figures for gas costs and cylinder sizes, but please edit these to your requirements to obtain the truest gas costs.
