‘Thermoseal Group is Going’…in the Hot Spot Innovation Zone

Thermoseal Group representatives are delighted to announce the Group’s planned presence at the FIT Show 12-14 April 2016, The International Centre, Telford. They have just signed up for exhibition stand A60 which is located in the named ‘Hot Spot’ area of the Show – The Innovation Zone. This area features the only official bar at which this premium stand space hosts its own lounge area.
Having attended the FIT Show on a smaller scale in the past, as leading UK manufacturer of Thermobar and Thermoflex highest performance warm edge spacers, the Group has now decided to increase its profile at the UK’s leading show for the fabricator and installer trade.
The Group’s Marketing Manager, Samantha Hill tells us: “We have always seen the value of a UK trade show and are very pleased to see the success of the FIT Show. For us, this is the perfect time to attend the show and make our presence well-known. We now have a premium warm edge spacer tube and a flexible system – Thermobar and Thermoflex – with thermal performance figures verified by Bundesverband Flachglas Data sheets of 0.14W/mK and 0.135W/mK respectively. These thermal performance figures are unbeatable by any other plastic tube or similar flexible system currently available in the worldwide market. In addition, our spacers have also achieved Passive House ratings of phA and phA+ certified for Arctic Climates.
“We have further production machinery being installed to increase our manufacturing capacity. These machines, coupled with the continued advancements in development and testing equipment, as well as software and raw material tracking devices, ensure that we are ready to double the capacity of warm edge spacers that we produce and that we have the systems and processes in place to ensure that increasing capacity can only have a positive impact on the quality of our products.”
The Group’s Sales Director Mark Hickox adds: “We now supply over 50% of the UK spacer market and this percentage is increasing on continual basis now that we are becoming well known for producing warm edge spacer bars that offer the best thermal performance at a competitive price, as well as being preferred by manufacturers. All of our spacer bars and the vast array of bespoke fittings are the result of years of in-house development and testing to EN1279 standards, as well as thorough testing through customer trials. We work with most sealed unit manufacturers in the UK and we’d like to say thanks to all those who have helped us in product trials and continue to give feedback that we use to continually develop our products.
