An Update on Thermoseal Group's Current Service

We’re here at Thermoseal Group operating to supply over 2,500 IG Components to UK and export markets whilst keeping our staff and customers as safe as possible.
Please help us to do this by following our Covid-19 guidance at our sites and in keeping our drivers safe when they deliver to your site.
• Pre-Arrange Collection of Goods with your local branch
• On arrival, ring the bell to let our team know you have arrived and wait in your vehicle as instructed.
• Should you need to enter our site, please wear a mask. Wait to sign in and have your temperature taken. Keep 2-metres distant from anyone where possible.
• Where possible, please use bathroom facilities before you arrive at our sites.
• We trust that you will ensure our drivers safety in the same way when they arrive at your site. They have been issued with PPE and will follow government guidelines.
In order to ensure continued service, we have many of our staff working from home where possible, or operating with PPE and working in strict bubbles to minimise cross-team contact.
As I’m sure you are very much aware, Covid-19 has affected worldwide business in many ways, including: Decline or Increase in Demand; Supply Chain; Cash Flow; Delays in Customs; Staffing. Please be assured that our systems and processes from purchasing of raw materials through manufacturing to delivery of finished goods, have been streamlined to ensure we continue to offer a premium service.
The only thing we ask of our customers is to continue to order products to their requirements rather than seeking to increase their stockholding. This will help us to increase our stockholding and ensure continued supply of all products to meet the requirement of all customers.
