This pneumatic press is designed to aid the assembly of small sealed units by pressing the 2 sheets of glass, spacer bar and PIB sealant together.
Features:
The machine comprises of a moving platen and a fixed bed.
The moving platen is mounted on a pneumatic cylinder.
The cylinder is attached to the top of the main frame work which is box section steel.
The pressing operation is started by depressing 2 push buttons mounted on each side of the frame work.
The moving platen and the fixed bed are covered with a felt material to provide a sound surface to press the glass.
No electrical power is required for the machine.
