Used in the construction of gas-filled insulated glass sealed units, 19.5mm Black Thermobar Gas Corner Keys are a bespoke design engineered in Thermoseal Group's own Technical Centre and produced in our In-house injection moulding division to suit 19.5mm Black Thermobar Warm Edge Spacer. All gas plugs are available with and without hole for gas filling. A range of sizes and colours are available to suit Thermobar Warm Edge Spacers. We also supply a range of gas plugs to fit our corner keys and collars and plugs for alternative methods of gas filling.
Thermobar Gas Corner Keys are produced with a unique formulation of engineering plastic and sized to exacting standards. Technical data can be downloaded below or supplied on request.
