24mm Black Thermoflex Warm Edge Spacer is superior highest performance flexible warm edge solution. It is made with a pre-desiccated Silicone rubber compounded in-house at Thermoseal Group and has a bespoke barrier tape to help reduce moisture penetration into the unit and reduce gas loss througout the lifetime of the unit.
Suitable for use with Hot Melt secondary sealant and available in a range of sizes in black or Grey, Thermoflex Warm Edge Spacer has a Thermal Conductivity Value of 0.175W/mK and can achieve Psi Values as low as 0.027W/mK. It is also a passive house approved component and can achieve highest phA+ ratings. With a full range of EN1279 passes, Thermoflex is also tested to meet a range of International standards.
