Thermoseal Group’s Warm Edge Front Moves from Atlanta to Milan

Following a very successful Glass Build Exhibition in Atlanta, UK leading warm edge spacer bar manufacturer, Thermoseal Group, moves on to show its highest performance Thermobar and Thermoflex Warm Edge Spacers at the Vitrum Exhibition in Milan from 6-9 October 2015 on stand N21 in Hall 22.
The Group’s Marketing Manager, Samantha Hill says: “Thermobar and Thermoflex Warm Edge Spacers have been a huge success in the UK because they are highest performance, aesthetically pleasing and have been designed and produced in conjunction with feedback from leading manufacturers of insulated glass sealed units.
“Thermobar and Thermoflex both have Bundesverband Flachglas Data Sheets detailing their thermal performance of 0.14W/mK and 0.135W/mK respectively. Both spacers are also Passive House approved with phA and phA+ ratings. These figures mean that Thermobar Warm Edge Spacer Tube and Thermoflex Silicone Rubber Foam Spacers are the highest thermal performance rigid tube and foam spacer systems currently available in the worldwide market.
“Thermobar and Thermoflex are fully tested to EN1279 standards and various international standards. They also have a multitude of independent test certificates to prove their quality and are subject to continual rigorous in house testing to ensure they always meet our exacting standards. All of Thermoseal Group’s products are in continual development in our innovation centre.
“We supply over 50% of the UK spacer market and this percentage is increasing on continual basis as more of the window industry see the advantage of Thermobar and Thermoflex. Both spacers were very well received at the Glass Build Atlanta exhibition and we have a multitude of enquiries for our US distributor to follow up on for Thermobar and Thermoflex, as well as the bespoke accessories, equipment packages and some of the other 1,500 insulated glass components we supply.
“Now that our production capacity for both spacers is continually increasing, we are also looking forward to the Vitrum Exhibition and working with our Italian distributor to show Thermobar and Thermoflex to more of the European market.”
